Working gas in storage was 2,089 Bcf as of Friday, May 7, 2010, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net increase of 94 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 97 Bcf higher than last year at this time and 325 Bcf above the 5-year average of 1,764 Bcf.
With so much gas in storage it is hard to imagine much upside for gas prices.
