Laredo Petroleum Inc. (LPI): An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Watch List Tab.

My Fair Value Estimate dropped $9.25 to $30.00/share. Compare to First Call's Price Target of $33.86.

The big drop in my valuation is not because of their 2nd quarter miss, which was not really too bad. It is because they have lowered their full year production guidance and I now have a lot less confidence in my forecast. Based on their new guidance the company still looks "OK", but I may have to drop it from the Small-Cap Growth Portfolio.
