With the huge drops I would think that major buy back programs would be announced with the companies that have
lots of cash and perhaps even some might cut back capex and use the cash for buy backs.

DNR and PTEN have aggressive stock buybacks. I think PVA is considering it, but I'd rather see them drill a few more Eagle Ford wells next year.
