PDEC is one of the Sweet 16 companies that trades at less than half of my valuation. It is off the Wall Street radar screen because most of their production comes from DJ Basin. However, they have some very good leasehold in the Permian Basin and I expect them to report outstanding well results there quarter-after-quarter. This is a company with an outstanding technical team.
