Are world oil inventories overstated?

That is a lot of "lost" oil, and with US underground storage being used up, are inventories even tighter?

IEA has a long history of under-stating oil demand. Why? Because they are based in Paris, France and no one keeps their job at IEA if they don't drink the Koolaid of "Climate Change" and that all of us will be driving EVs by 2030.
