Crude up $14 premarket to 130!!!!!

Post by Fraser921 »

Will be 150 this week!!! Hit 130 and has backed off to 125.00.

Ng up only 1 % but all months trading over 5.00

The Dow is down about 300 , - 1 %. Overall market is melting down

Euro is down , us dollar higher, as bad as this is for us, its worse for the dummies in Germany , UK

Interest rates are lower as there is a flight to safety.

Q2 strip is $ 120. Buy the unhedgers! Some of these companies pre-sold at 50. They will have to pay 75 bbl to settle their crap hedges. I amazed these guys keep making the same mistakes. Buy puts, there is your hedge. They dont want to spend 5-10 on front end but willing to pay $ 75 on back end.

I think CLR will be the next company to bust a move toward $ 70

And the Democrats still don't get it. They want to build more windmills faster. I hope this end the climate change madness. Even musk of Tesla is calling for more oil production.

Will be another good day for our names!

Just remember that all of the companies do benefit from higher oil and gas prices as long as they have some unhedged production. Obviously, they all wished that they did not hedge now, but hindsight is 20/20.
The debt holders require the hedges in most cases.

Take a look at MNRL.
> No hedges
> pays a variable dividend that is a high percentage of free cash flow.

MGY and EOG also look very good.

Agreed, I need to look at them as well. MNRL is a great pick

Too many opportunities, not enough capital. I like them all , actually.

Thank you, for all you do!

All of the minerals companies (BSM, MNRL, FLMN and VNOM) look very attractive to me because they pay "variable dividends" that should be going way UP. MNRL is just the only one that isn't going to hedge.

FLMN's merger adds a bit of confusion, but it appears to be accretive.
