Problems getting on to the Forum

We are sorry that some of you have had difficulty getting on the Forum.

We've noticed that this year a high percentage of non-EPG members have been able to get onto the Forum. Some are former members, but more are people we've never heard of. A few years ago the EPG website got hacked. It shut us down for a couple of weeks and it cost me over $3,000 to get it fixed. So, the company that hosts the Forum transferred us to a new server and put in some additional safety features.

If you have any problems with the Forum or the EPG website it is best to contact Sabrina via email first at energyprospectus@gmail.com. Sabrina works from her home and she has two small children, so email works best. She is very good about getting back to our members. Jeff is our "Tech Guy" and Sabrina's husband. He has another "real job", but he is very good about fixing our website and other problems.

Seems to be working for me, but there is (at times) a delayed response before getting to the Forum.
