Any idea why sbow is acting like the ugly stepchild?

Big drop in natural gas price today. Small-Caps like SBOW do not have loyal shareholders. Strong production growth the next two quarters should solve the problem.

I believe that the selling pressure may also be caused by the limited duration stockholder rights plan that was passed to protect interests of long-term shareholders from takeover. If there was a big buyer out there (which I assume there was if they passed this plan), then that suitor is likely unloading their position. So definitely worth watching for selling volume to drop off to confirm they're out.

Right now it's continuing to trade around the average daily volume or a little above which could mean they're not out yet...

Thanks for calling this out because I wouldn't have looked without your note!
