InPlay Oil (IPOOF) Update - Mar 15

Post by dan_s »

I have updated my forecast/valuation model for InPlay Oil and posted it to the EPG website.

My current valuation adjusts to $8.00Cdn and $6.00US per share.
> Great results for 2022
> Steady production growth of ~10% per year going forward
> My valuation declines by $0.50Cdn only because of much lower natural gas prices now being used for 2023 and 2024.
> Balance Sheet is in great shape. FCF after dividends will continue to pay down debt.
> InPlay has a ton of "running room" and new well results continue to be impressive.

InPlay offers investors solid growth + a decent dividend yield (~7%) paid monthly.

Lots of upside for this Canadian Junior for those of you that think oil prices will rebound.

Doug Bartole, InPlay's CEO has agreed to host a Houston luncheon for us on April 19. Sabrina will be sending out reminders in mid-April.

We will publish an updated profile on InPlay in a few weeks.

They do have an updated presentation on their website. If you are not familiar with InPlay, I suggest that you go through the fresh presentation carefully. It is simple story and the company has solid earnings and cash flow. Doug has a good team.

I love the combination of growth and nice dividends.
