Answers ranged from 5-8%. Congressman then advised that the answer is .04% up from .03%. At .02% plants start to die off. The Congressman is a farmer.

More and more people are beginning to understand that the "Climate Crisis" is a lie. The level of CO2 in the Earth's atmosphere is not even getting close to being a danger for humans AND it actually is so low that the lack of CO2 is a danger to plant life.

The tiny increase in CO2 from 0.03% to 0.04% is because the oceans have warmed up a bit, releasing more CO2. The burning of fossil fuels has little to do with the increase.
