EQT / TUG Hill

Post by Fraser921 »

When will EQT get approval by the FTC to go ahead with the acquisiton?

Biden's FTC doesn't approve of any merger, they just shot down JBLU last Friday.

If it does get shot down, how will the market react to EQT?

They hope to close the deal in Q4. If not, EQT is still the largest natural gas producer in North America.

EQT has a debt-adjusted PV10 of $127 on last year’s gas prices and $65 using the forward strip...this was before any deal was announced. Where is the stock now? Looks like plenty of upside regardless.
