LithiumBank Resources (LBNKF) Update - May 30

Post by dan_s »

If you did not attend today's webinar I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you listened to the replay.
We will send out the link to all EPG members this afternoon.

What I learned today.
> The Boardwalk Project is furthest along and they should have a large Pilot Plant up and running by year end. < Project Economic are STRONG.
> LithiumBank holds 100% of the mineral rights at Boardwalk. < KEY
> Their Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) process can recover 93% of the lithium in the produced brine water. < 31,350 metric tonnes per year of battery grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate (“LHM”) over a 20-year period, the largest proposed LHM production in North America
> LithiumBank will not operate the commercial project at Boardwalk. A larger company will put up the capex (estimated at $2.1US billion to build it) and LNBK should get a big cash payment and retain a significant percentage of the upside. < Many ways to monetize their interest in these projects.
> Today's lithium price is $42,000US per ton and PEA economics done at $26,000US per ton.
> Several other ways that the economics shown in their PEA for Boardwalk can be improved upon. Ways to lower capex and DLE technology continues to be improved.

> Park Place is another lithium recovery project in Alberta that could end up being larger.

> Several promising projects in Saskatchewan that may be sold. Lots of interest in this space.

Standard Lithium and E3 Lithium are further along, but LithiumBank will catch up quickly. Boardwalk economics (per PEA) look better. < See slides 17 and 18.

Kevin Piepgrass, is in Dallas today with Brisco Capital to make presentations are Ocean Prime. Some EPG members will be attending.

- Paul Matysek, M.Sc (Geochem) - Executive Chairman

Paul's stake in this company is VERY IMPORTANT. He has successfully monetized projects like Boardwalk before.
