Kodiak Oil & Gas (KOG) is one of the more interesting companies on our E&P Watch List. It was up more than 5% on Friday on HUGE volume. Keep an eye on this one as it is one of my Top Ten Takeover Targets. It is a pure play on the Bakken which a large block of acreage that is quite attractive to many large-caps eager to get into the Bakken.
