Anyone have thoughts on Plains Natural Resources (PXD)? They are projecting a 25% compound annual growth rate in Operating Cash Flow through 2014 and claim to have 400,000 acres of Wolf Camp shale under their Spraberry (vertical well) acreage in the Permian Basin. They just bought their own frack sand company ad claim 2000 sites for Wolf Camp horizontal wells. An article in Seeking Alpha today asserted that EOG was getting 2000 bbl/day IP rates in the Wolf Camp. I have not seen that number elsewhere, but if it is right, at least EOG has deciphered the Wolf Camp code. I'm thinking of buying some LEAPs.
