November 8 Luncheon in Houston

This luncheon will be held at Maggiano's Little Italy, 2019 Post Oak Blvd (near the Galleria).

Eric Greager, President and CEO of Baytex Energy (BTE), will give the presentation.

Baytex Energy will be added to our Sweet 16 Growth Portfolio in November.
It will replace EarthStone Energy (ESTE), which is merging into Permian Resources (PR).

Baytex Energy Corp. engages in the acquisition, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in Texas.
The company currently produces light oil and condensate, heavy oil, natural gas liquids, and natural gas.
It holds interest in the Eagle Ford property in Texas; Viking and Lloydminster properties in Alberta and Saskatchewan; and Peace River and Duvernay properties in Alberta.
Baytex Energy Corp. was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada. It also has an office in Houston, Texas.

Baytex closed the acquisition of Ranger Oil, a Sweet 16 Growth Portfolio company on June 20, 2023.
Baytex is currently producing over 153,000 Boepd (~73% oil).
