Thanks for sharing ,Fraser. On the thoughts about accumulating hard assets like residential real estate, I live in an affluent area of Scottsdale ,AZ where in one neighborhood called DC Ranch, a spin off company of BlackRock, Invitation Homes has bought 73 homes in the community of which 51 are empty. Most of these homes are 5 to 15 thousand square feet. The company is not even renting. Just a big microcosm of big business prepping with hard assets.
