Comstock Resources (NYSE:CRK) said its majority shareholder, Jerry Jones, has agreed to make an additional $100.5M equity investment in the company through two entities he controls.
The company said, the Jones entities will acquire 12.5M shares in the private placement at $8.036 per share.
After the equity investment, Jerry Jones will own ~67% of the company’s common shares outstanding.

WTF, no wonder it's up!
One worry was JJ would screw minority holders.
This means CRK needs the cash and JJ put up 100 m. that covers the cash burn for q1 and congrats longs, you are diluted
Shouldn't they offer the special deal to all holders, just saying
One good thing, the loss per share will be lower with more shares outstanding!

The next thing coming is tender for minority shares at $8.25 per share.

have been in it for awhile and stupidly did not sell. guess jerry jones is no better in og industry than getting cowboys to super bowl.
