Nimin has sold its Wyoming assets, still searching for disposition of California turf. Anybody have a guess what
shares are worth at this sorry juncture?
Nimin dissolves
Re: Nimin dissolves
Nimin sold its WY assets for a nice profit. It still retains its CA assets. So why such a big sell off? Is there no (or limited) value to the CA assets? Nimin will be selling its CA assets and dissolving. Currently have Nimin stock at 1.03 cost - any ideas as to whether to buy, sell, or hold?
Re: Nimin dissolves
Just over 2mmb proved reserves in California, I think, and only a couple hundred bopd. There's also the CMD tech patent -- a bonus hard to put a number on, cf Petrobank's Thai process. I wouldn't hazard a guess about how much meat will be left in the sandwich after all the calculations are in. I suspect the mkt's thinking btw .80 and 1.00@.
