Civitas Resources (CIVI) Valuation Update - Mar 26

I finished my review of the Civitas profile today. My updated forecast model and the profile have been posted to the EPG website.

The Base + Variable Dividend yield should be around 10% this year.

This is an Aggressive Growth company that also deserves to be one of the Elite Eight in our Sweet 16.

My current valuation is $108 with upside to that if 2024 results match my forecast. Current share price is just 2X my 2024 operating CFPS forecast.

I expect their new core area in the Permian Basin to generate a lot of production growth this year and for many years to come.
