Civitas Resources (CIVI) Valuation Update - July 26

CIVI closed today at $70.83

I have updated my forecast/valuation model. My valuation stays at $114/share, which is just 3.5 X annualized operating cash flow per share.

TipRanks: "In the last 3 months, 11 ranked analysts set 12-month price targets for CIVI. The average price target among the analysts is $96.18. The 11 price targets at $90 to $114." < All 11 analysts rate CIVI a BUY.

CIVI is in our High Yield Income Portfolio because this year's dividend yield s/b over 9%. It pays Base + Variable dividends that should be ~$6.48 in 2024 based on my forecast.
