“So there are a number of these large projects that should be wrapping up in the next few months and we are very, very excited to be announcing the data. As far as we've been told, every, every single project that we have done has received truly astounding performance results. And So what we are focused on, because graphene can be used to positively improve almost any material that you can think of, we are focused on driving towards revenue, of course, for shareholders and for the overall health, the health of the company really as soon as possible.”
“We have been speaking with a large automotive company and we have now done multiple trials within multiple areas. The one I'm going to speak to today is regarding automotive composites. And so this is projected to scale up at a certain point this year. Automotive does traditionally move a little bit slower than some industries. This was one of the customer contacts that was really incoming interest. So it's not that we're targeting automotive. This was really interest that was expressed in Hydrograph. This should be a very, very large deal once commercialized for Hydrograph in excess of 1000 metric tons of graphene annually.”
And so Hydrograph’s graphene really helps customers to increase the mechanical properties of their materials, which really allows for less material to be used to reach the same performance target. I'm bringing this up to show that there is a significant amount of carbon emission reduction possible with that method. Also, without increasing the cost to the customer, because we're adding such a small amount of graphene and because our graphene is so powerful, we find that really about 110th of the amount of our graphene is able to drive very significant performance benefits as compared to other graphenes in the market. So again it's often at cost break even to the customer and it's a very, very sustainable approach because we can significantly lower carbon emissions both in the reduction in material and also graphene can really improve different production processes.
I don't feel that we are in a position that we need to look to further dilution. As mentioned, we have a number of warrants outstanding there already in the money worth approximately $14,000,000 Canadian. So it could be that if we want to scale quickly, if we would like to list on NASDAQ that could coincide with a round in the future.
But for the moment, no we believe that we have enough capital. Another question, how will you finance continuing operations? So we do believe that we are well financed currently based on what we're looking at. And we do believe that once we start to have some of these commercial milestones hit, we won't need to be using equity capital. We can look at project financing and a number of other methods really to secure additional capital.

Of course, everything is patented and really for an update, we have made significant progress with our commercial pipeline.
{ 0:59 }
So we will be disclosing some news on that in the coming two months. Some new opportunity these have come up and then of course some are moving forward that we have been discussing really for the past few months. So that is certainly exciting.
And as we grow, we will be speaking more to the large scale US facility that we've been planning.
{ 2:00 }
So we have had a new hire come on board and we are looking at an additional two. So again, it's really all hands on deck to continue to grow the pipeline.
We've had fantastic results come up more recently on polyurethane coatings and that's really just increasing the durability, anti corrosive properties and overall life cycle of these coatings that are used really worldwide. So this is very exciting for us that we've had these positive data results back and we will of course be moving forward with some additional opportunities from that study.
And really at scale, there are multiple customers that I think would be looking at upwards of 1000 metric tons annually. (Comment: $250,000 Approximate per ton or $ 250 million for 1,000 tons)
So as we grow as a company, we just want to make it easier for companies or customers to really purchase our graphene and immediately use it because there is a bit of a learning curve in processing nanomaterials. We want to make it as easy as possible so we can immediately bring a product to market and of course, see revenue.
Question: And adding to that, you just announced a research program at the Manchester Graphene Research Center about improving the performance of polyurethane and coding. So what are the benefits of that effort?
Right. So touched on that briefly, but really it's going to be longevity when we're looking at these coatings, I think marine coatings is a easy example to understand if we can improve the anti corrosive properties of marine coating so they don't foul as quickly.
Very well. We will have news out within the next few months and we continue to add to the team both from an engineering perspective to support the increased business development abilities. But we are really looking globally now to add to the team.
So in the event that we would have a very large order that we couldn't currently fulfill, we can immediately press go. And now that we have what we will be announcing soon, a larger scale facility, we will be well poised to do so.
Host Question: And when might an announcement be made about new plant location and timeline for scale up
Very soon as well. That should be within the next month and we're very excited to disclose that.
Host Question: Well, we have lots more questions for you, but I want to give you just a little bit of time for some closing remarks.
Sure. So I think really to wrap it up, I mean, again, we have made really great progress this year, not only with the data that we're using to of course source new markets and new customers, but we are, you know, really anticipating a lot of this new news.

The question. can they produce enough volume for a large order?
The rest of their story is strong. The TAM is so large that multiple companies can profit from this opportunity.

Thanks, I was looking for an announcement.
I sent an email to their PR agency and asked the question, he indicated they are working on a larger system, which they need.

b]Per Presss Release Double production capacity per reactor--From 10 tons per year ($ 250,000 per ton) to 23.3 tons per year) and significant margin improvement being next to gas pipeline.
[/b]
To start initial 15 Hyperion Reactors Revenues in new plant tied to gas pipeline
350 Tons Times 23.33 annual tons produced Times $ 250,000 per ton is $ 87,500,000
For one Hyperion Reactor Revenues 23.33 tons produce Times $ 250,000 per ton is $ 5,832,500
“And our graphene is so powerful, we're often using 10 to 100 times less of our graphene as compared to our competitors. We have been awarded virtually every project that's come through their doors. So really our method is because we produce identical batches at industrial scale, which we really do believe is an industry First. .And so when I arrived, I gave them 20 kilos kind of for free. And right away, overnight, their scientists started working with our graphene. They've anecdotally told us that we outperform our next leading competitor by a factor of three to four times and that we are the most graphene, like graphene that they've seen.”
Moke
"We will be announcing as I mentioned, the breaking ground for a new large scale facility, which again I think is going to be a great signal to customers worldwide that we are going to at least theoretically have unlimited production capacity. The only bottleneck would of course be the speed in which we can produce our reactors and by the end of the year we should be signing some major customer contracts."
"We are looking at new designs that would of course slightly increase the CapEx, but more than double the annual capacity"

"Jim Rogers, the legendary investor and co-founder of the Quantum Fund, has demonstrated a strong and sustained interest in graphene as a transformative material for future industries. He has publicly stated that "graphene is as important to the world as electricity, as the Internet," highlighting its potential for wide-ranging applications due to its strength, flexibility, and electrical conductivity
Overall, Jim Rogers sees graphene as a key driver of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and has positioned himself as both an investor and advisor to leading companies in the field, aiming to help turn his vision for graphene into tangible business success
He views graphene as the “dream material” because its unique combination of strength, flexibility, and conductivity positions it to transform industries and enable technological breakthroughs that were previously unimaginable"

It is OK to bring promising energy companies to our attention, but I don't have time to review them all. Plus, my industry experience is over 95% in the upstream oil and gas industry.
HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. (HGRAF) is what I call a "Story Stock". If the story plays out as the management team hopes it will, there could be high potential for early-stage investors. Just remember that Story Stocks are high risk. This one is burning through a lot of cash.

Agree Totally. All start ups are high risk.
My intention has been to only post major items. I have only posted 17 posts on this since Jan 2025.
My real interest has been graphene and its future impact on everything. Jim Rogers has it right completely.
This is Hydrograph CLEAN POWER. I would think it would fit into this board.
Thank you

Wow Up 41% today and my position is a double. I have had one 100 bagger in my life--which is long. I believe Hydrograph will be my second one.
They are soooooooooooo rare. There is going to be so much news--it will seem endless.
So much happening here. First Keven Bambrough of Sprott fame purchased 14 million shares---about 5% of total outstanding

Kerry Landis: “Regarding CEO Kjirstin Breure, I've already said she's made a number of changes here that are really positive for the company. And you know, in my 40 years of Navy NRC experience and now consulting experience, I evaluate CEOs all the time and the executive team at all these nuclear power plants nationally and internationally. And I have this is I want to say this so people hear it.

I have rarely seen a CEO with a command, a commanding level of knowledge of advanced materials. Her knowledge of the application of those materials, her communication skills and her strategic business acumen for her age. She is way beyond her years in, in being a high proficient CEO. So I, every time I hear Kjirstin Breure give an interview, and she's done it a couple times with you, I go buy more Hydrograph.”

Roadster, first please accept my apology for saying you were pumping this stock. Obviously it has moved up a lot in the past month or so and today it was very erratic - skyrocketing to $2.70 in the middle of the day and then dropping back down to $1.80. Do you have any recent news and what is your price target over the next 3 years or so? When do you see income turning positive? I bought a small position last to keep watch on it.
Re: "We make the best Graphene in the World!" #2
Thanks for posting. I have been following your posts from the beginning and after doing my own DD; I made my first buy at 20 cents.
I continue to be very optimistic about HGRAF.
My best all time buy was with Dusty Mac AKA TGA Transglobal Energy. I purchased a bucket full of TGA shares at 11 cents and sold the last lot at over$20.
IMO HGRAF also has exciting potential.

I continue to be very optimistic about HGRAF.
My best all time buy was with Dusty Mac AKA TGA Transglobal Energy. I purchased a bucket full of TGA shares at 11 cents and sold the last lot at over$20.
IMO HGRAF also has exciting potential.

TGA was one of the original Sweet 16 stocks. One of our Founding Members cash out with a $3 million gain.
I cash out with more than a 4,000% gain at over $250,000, which could have been over $500,000 if I held on to the peak price of $20.
Investing in micro-caps with strong management teams is risky, but they can be extremely profitable when the team knows what they are doing.
I believe we have some very good companies in our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio.
