EPM Pfd for High Yield with Low Risk

Former Sweet 16 Member EPM is looking very good. Today's oil price is very bullish for this one. The Denbury operated Delhi EOR Project in Louisiana sells oil at close to Brent price and it is rapidly heading to payout. At payout, EPM share of revenues go up 4X.

EPM also has a nice Mississippi Lime JV that looks very promising.

EPM balance sheet is in great shape and management is ultra-conservative. Dividends on this pfd stock look rock solid to me. It pays dividends monthly.
