I was very impressed by EnerJex's presentation yesterday at our luncheon in Houston. They hosted a luncheon about a year ago and their net production was only 50 bopd. They are now up to net of 335 bopd with a clear path to 1,000 bopd.

I have know Robert Watson, Jr. for over five years. He is a great guy and I can tell that he is fully committed to making EnerJex a success. He is going to get a nice boost from today's high oil prices.

They should get a significant increase in proven reserves at year-end since their waterfloods up in Kansas are working.

All micro-caps have more risk, primarily because of their exposure to a major dip in commodity prices. They also have a lot of a lot of upside. This one looks like a good bet to me.

I am going to assign EnerJex to one of our Rice Interns and we should publish a detailed profile in a couple weeks.
