I was impressed by their presentation at our luncheon on May 13. This is definitely a small-cap we need to keep an eye on. When they close the deal with Hess, production will be in the 12,000+ Boepd range with a lot of liquids and a lot of low risk development drilling locations. All they plan to drill this year is PUDs, so very little dry hole risk with this one.
