If these folks had assets in any other country then where they do the stock price would be four times what it is.

Downside value is $4 and change according to a pretty good analysis on Seeking Alpha which posits little to no A/R recovery as the worst case or 3-4X if they do manage full recovery. The old CFO took the smart course: retire and sell out (presumed).
