An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Watch List tab for EPM.

For the model, I am assuming that "Payout" at the Denbury Resources operated Delhi Field in northern Louisiana has been delayed by six months. Neither company has officially said how long the fluid leak will delay payout.

I think the market's immediate reaction to the announcement was a slight over-reactions (like always). I doubt that the leak will impact the ultimate recovery of oil at Delhi, so this is just a timing difference, although a much bigger impact on EPM than on DNR.

We are publishing a profile on DNR today and will publish a profile on EPM soon after they report fiscal year-end results in early September.
