Oil Prices
Have any of you watched the video that I sent out with the Flash Alert on Tuesday? I wonder what you thought of it.

Re: Oil Prices
Impressive argument for higher oil prices. Actually a bit frightening.
Re: Oil Prices
I'm 90% sure we will not ever see Brent under $100/bbl again and I don't think it is long before we can say the same for WTI. I do think we will see the low oil price of the year in the 2nd quarter.
China + India will take all the oil they can get. Problems in the Middle East / North Africa are not going away. The age of Cheap Oil is over.
The U.S. should be doing all it can to insure we are the primary market for Canadian oil. Approving the Keystone XL pipeline would be a good first step. We should also be looking to improve supply lines from Mexico and South America.

Re: Oil Prices
I was impressed with the presentation section about milage driven linked with jobs , age and drivers.
It all goes back to the chicken and the egg argument. Which comes first the oil prices or the jobs.
I am sure all the politicians have their own facts for the increase or decrease in jobs.
I see the keystone pipeline lost again this week. Gov. couldn't approve the pipeline land use according to the judge.

Re: Oil Prices
i thought the video was remiss for not including natty in his discussion. long term i am sure natty will find its place in the ww market to replace a lot of gasoline and heating oil.
Re: Oil Prices
Correct Natty is an important point since the cheap energy can help with the return of jobs.
Then we can afford the increase in oil prices (i.e.more demand).
Lots of variables at work here.

Re: Oil Prices
Natural gas has made very little progress as a transportation fuel and I think it will be several years before it does.
