Natural gas price should get a boost from a colder weather pattern developing over the eastern half of the U.S. Keep an eye on the temps in Chicago.

A very active hurricane season causes big dips in the jet stream pattern. It now looks like a big dip will be in place for the week of Thanksgiving. The last time that happened we had a very good (for natural gas prices) start to the winter heating season.

It is now all up to Mother Nature for gas prices.

Also, NGL prices were much higher in Q3 than in Q2 and it looks like that trend will continue. Cold winter in the Midwest will do wonders for propane prices.
