Someone posted on another energy board that there is a class action lawsuit that has been filed.

I can't find it, but the board is usually pretty accurate.

Unless there are problems it looks attractive to me

I don't see anything about a lawsuit. lawsuits are common in this business as mineral owners always think the operators are screwing them on the royalty payments. Surface owners are always trying to get more for right-of-way and surface damage. When I was at Hess the ranchers were blaming us for every cow that died.

Ring has a deferred tax asset of $18mm which when adjusted for current tax rates is going to cause a significant non cash hit to earnings.Could negate a significant portion of 2017 earnings.

When they announce results, could be a good buying opportunity.

Company says no legal issues they know of.
