Southern's Co's Kemper "clean-coal" plant will instead burn natgas after implosion of plans, promises,
and $380m from Washington, energy boss Perry and JD Sessions cozy with execs.

Mother Nature is going to increase demand for gas as well. This big storm in New England is just the beginning of much colder March for the U.S. than we've had the last few years.
