Read: https://finance.yahoo.com/video/tesla-v ... 53901.html < This is a clear signal that a company is heading down.
Tesla makes cool cars for people with no financial sense. Unless fundamental don't matter anymore, this "story stock" is heading off the cliff.
Tesla Inc. (TSLA) has a market-cap of close to $51 Billion, yet it has never made a profit and there is no sign that it ever will.
Net Income:
2015A = Loss of $888 million
2016A = Loss of $675 million
2017A = Loss of $1,961 million
1H 2018A = Loss of $1,427 million
Do you see a pattern here?
I believe we will see a lot more electric cars in the 2020's, but Tesla will not be able to compete with the major car manufacturers. Toyota will kick their ass. Plus, the profit margin on cars is very small. Even if Tesla can survive for a few more year (because Elon Musk is the Master of BS), it will never sell enough cars to justify a $51 Billion market-cap.
IMO their is HUGE UPSIDE is in power storage. I just can't figure out how to invest in it.
In early November M2 Cobalt is going to host luncheons for us in Dallas & Houston. Cobalt is a metal that is critical to the power storage (rechargeable battery) market.
