XOM Pipeline Shutdown

Does anyone know if the shutdown of the XOM pipeline is impacting any of our favorites by cutting off their product transportation?

This pipeline brings oil into a Billings refinery. It is only 70 miles long. I doubt it has any affect on the Montana Bakken, which is up in northeast Montana. Most of the production is probably coming from Exxon fields near Laurel to the southwest of Billings.
