Canadian heavy oil?

Dan, with IMO 2020 approaching, other demand for distillates, the light gravity of US shale oil, the production drop in Venezuela, Mexico, etc., do the Canadian heavy oil producers have reasonable upside possibility?

Yes, demand for heavy oil will increase because there are several important products (diesel) that cannot be made from the ultra light shale oil.
One company that will benefit from IMO 2020 is Vertex Energy (VTNR). See:
