If my memory is correct, last year you took MINDP off of your buy list as you were uncomfortable with the parent. I see that it is now back on the Yield List. Financials have improved to the point where you are now comfortable again for investment?

Take a hard look at MIND's balance sheet. As long as Current Assets exceed Total Liabilities the preferred stock (MINDP) should be fine.

ok, thank you, but then what was it that caused you to pull back on your recommendation last year, ant the subsequent improvement?

I don't recommend MIND, but the pfd stock should be OK.
