New Permian Basin pipelines should help reduce differentials

Permian Basin producers should see some relief from the takeaway capacity crunch that has helped constrain crude output growth and commodity prices in the region since last year. From the beginning of August, two out of three major oil pipeline projects scheduled for start-up in the second half of 2019 have entered service.

Also, I watched a Webinar from AEGIS this morning that contained some bullish news for the gassers. I'm trying to find a link to the recorded webinar. In a nutshell, increasing LNG exports and pipeline exports to Mexico have come online to significantly improve the natural gas demand side of the equation.
