Energy Prospectus

I read that Maduro turned over PDVSA to non-governmental control; ie companies that know what they are doing. What are the practical implications of this, given that Trump won't drop sanctions, but people who know what they are doing will be running the company?

The company is in such a mess that it will take years to recover even if Trump lifts the sanctions. Trump is not going to lift the sanctions until Maduro is gone.
