Opening Prices:
> WTI is up $2.10 to $33.60/Bbl, and Brent is up $2.26 to $35.48/Bbl.
> Natural gas is up 7.2c to $1.913/MMBtu.

Closing Prices:
> WTI prompt month (APR 20) was up $0.23 on the day, to settle at $31.73/Bbl.
> NG prompt month (APR 20) was up $0.028 on the day, to settle at $1.869/MMBtu.

Our next newsletter will be coming out early next week:
> I have no idea where oil and gas prices will settle, but I must make some assumptions for modeling purposes.
> I am going to assume WTI averages $45/bbl in Q1, $30/bbl in Q2, $40/bbl in Q3 and $50/bbl in Q4 and 2021.
> Natural gas prices haven't reacted as much to the FEAR of COVID-19. Henry Hub gas looks like it will drift higher this summer with the December NYMEX contract at $2.57 this morning.
> I will do my best to adjust for regional commodity price differentals and each company's hedges. Most of the model portfolio companies do have a lot of their 2020 production hedged.

All of the forecast/valuation models on our website are macro driven Excel spreadsheets. You can download them and change the commodity price assumptions at the bottom if you wish. The models will automatically update earnings, cash flow and stock valuations for each change you make.

As I said at yesterday's luncheon in Dallas, FEAR and GREED are powerful emotions and they are driving the "Roller Coaster" market we are stuck with for awhile.
