Today I updated my detailed forecast/valuation models for CPE, XEC, CRK, CXO, CLR, EQT and EOG. They will be posted to the EPG website this afternoon.

All of the models are macro driven Excel spreadsheets. They are valuable tools. After you download them you can change the production assumptions and commodity prices (crude oil, NGLs and natural gas) used in each forecast period to see how it impacts revenues, net income and operating cash flows.

They are only available to EPG members and should not be shared with your friends.

If you have trouble finding anything on our website, send an email to Sabrina at energyprospectus@gmail.com and she will help you.

Tomorrow I will finish updating all of the Sweet 16 forecasts, generate a new podcast and start working on the newsletter that will be sent out early next week.

Parsley Energy (PE) is a prime example of a "Takeover Target". It is a pure play on the Permian Basin and it has a lot of high quality leasehold.
PE closed July 24 at $11.35
Since July 8, ten Wall Street firms have updated their price targets. Their valuations range from $11.00 to $18.00 per share. The ten reports have an average price target of $14.30.

Thanks to their oil hedges, Parsley has approximately $1.1 Billion of cash flow from operations locked in for 2020. Compares to their lowered capex program of $700 million.
