Here is a good article on why trucking oil from Cushing, Oklahoma to the Gulf Coast is not going to resolve the glut at Cushing.

Trucks are in very high demand in the Eagle Ford. I saw an estimate that 4,000 fluid hauling trucks are needed just for the Eagle Ford to meet next year's announced drilling programs.
