Energy XXI to join the Sweet 16

I have decided to add Energy XXI (EXXI) to the Sweet 16. It will replace Brigham Exploration (BEXP) which is being dropped only because of the takeover by Statoil.
It will take a few days to make the necessary changes to the website.
