Laredo LPI ended the year at 60.13.Today it closed at 75.98 for a 2 day gain of 26 %.

I'm totally amazed at the velocity of change.

Everyone on CNBC is recommending energy names. I think fund managers are under weighted in energy and need energy or they won't beat the S & P returns. Be woke and go broke!

Other notables:

Callon with a 17 % gain.
Este with a 13 % gain.
CTRA 10 % gain

Note to self, establish positions last week of December

Laredo Petroleum (LPI) is the "Highest Beta Stock" in the Sweet 16 because it has an extremely low share count. As of 9-30-2021 the company only had 16,112,000 shares of common stock outstanding.

Per my forecast, operating cash flow should be $27.54/share in 2021 and over $40/share in 2022.

My current valuation is $102 per share.

TipRanks: "On 12-6-2021 Raymond James analyst John Freeman maintained a Buy rating on Laredo Petroleum and set a price target of $85.00. In the last 3 months, 5 ranked analysts set 12-month price targets for LPI. The average price target among the analysts is $79.80"

I will update my forecast/valuation model for LPI on Wednesday.

InPlay (IPOOF) is definitely my Top Pick in our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio. I will report strong production growth in Q4 and Q1. $5/share is a realistic price target.
