PDCE on Sale

sold off this morning on move to new mid-cap index. As of now 3.8% below yesterday's close, whereas XOP is +2.2%.
Not sure why that would cause a selloff.
TipRanks: "In the last 3 months, 5 ranked analysts set 12-month price targets for PDCE. The average price target among the analysts is $72.20."
My valuation of PDCE is $93 and that is before updating the oil prices used in the forecast model.
