MY TAKE: Oil Traders are reacting to headlines. Today it was headlines about a possible cease fire in Ukraine. Tomorrow it may be that Russia and Ukraine are still far apart on how to resolve the conflict. Bottomline is that this world is short oil and will be even shorter in Q2.
IMO there is at least 40% upside in our Sweet 16 if WTI averages $100/bbl thru year end, but I agree with Jeff Currie that oil will go a lot higher this summer.
