$100 for Q2
$110 for Q3
$100 for Q4
and
$90 for 2023
Biden's "scheme" of draining the SPR (our oil "savings account") is a band aid on a fracture. With OPEC+ now out of spare capacity, the global oil market will be "short oil" in Q3.
