API reported after the markets closed
> U.S. crude inventories declined by 4.5 million barrels
> Cushing reported a build of 93,000 barrels. Cushing is still less than 50% full.
> Gasoline reported a build of 2.93 million barrels
> Distillates reported a draw of 1.65 million barrels < IMO the diesel shortage is a serious problem and we do not have the heavy crudes need to solve it.
We should be able to avoid gasoline rationing (thank God!), but this country runs on diesel. Farmers need a lot of diesel to plant crops.
