PDC Energy (PDCE) Valuation Update - May 5

At the time of this post PDCE was trading for $72.68.
I have updated my forecast/valuation model for PDC Energy. My valuation increases by $7 to $121.
PDC expects to close the Great Western Acquisition within a few weeks. It will push the Company's production over 250,000 Boepd.

PDCE pays a nice dividend and it has a stock repurchase plan underway.
