sbow in play?

The Board adopted the Rights Plan in response to recent significant accumulations of portions of SilverBow outstanding common stock

> we can't have that! The name is down 5 % today and over 35 % in 4 weeks with all the accumlations

Anyone with an opinion on this name?

I have been buying the dips and have accumulated a position that's out of proportion for my portfolio. I expect to do well...we will see. Too many factors are positive for this company to ignore.

Management protecting their rear ends is what's happening

Someone took a 14.7 % stake . That's why management blocked them with poison pill

SilverBow is going to report strong Q3 results.

Even if WTI averages $75/bbl in Q4 and 2023 and HH gas averages $7/mcf in Q4 and $5/mcf in 2023 my stock valuation would still be $100/share.
