Does anyone have any idea whether Smead Capital Mgmt (which owns about 2% of the s/o) is going to force renegotiation of Harold Hamm's take private price? Principal there rattled his saber when, in October, the board announced it had accepted the $74 raised offer, saying they thought it was worth closer to $90.

I think they go with it.

There are plenty of bargains out there. Crude is down from the original offer. If it was 100, I might have a different answer.

Since Harold already owns 83% of the stock, I don't see how it can be blocked.
