Dan, there is an interesting article this morning on SA, by Laura Starks. I think she is pretty savvy. If you have time to read it, I would love to get your take on what she has to say about Silverbow. Thx.

Her opinion is primarily based on the fact that SilverBow is not paying dividends or buying back stock.
SilverBow is a small-cap that is in aggressive growth mode, which is exactly what it should be doing. Plus, they have just recently closed a transformative couple of acquisitions.
I would much rather have them report strong production growth quarter-after-quarter, all funded by operating cash flow, than pay a tiny dividend. By this time next year, they should have more than enough FCF to pay dividends if they wish.
For a company of this size, it has a ton of running room and it is time to run.
