They are NY Giants fans. They hate Jerry Jones, who owns controlling interest in CRK.

If Comstock's average realized ngas price in Q1 is $7.50/mcf they should generate over $780 million of operating cash flow ($3.50/share) and over $500 million of free cash flow in just the first quarter. < That compares to $490 operating cash flow for the year 2021.
My current valuation of $44.00 per share is looking too conservative as Old Man Winters first Polar Vortex approaches Chicago.
Goldman's price target is less than 1.4 X my operating cash flow forecast for 2023.
